The idea
Most organizations are good at deciding things. Where they struggle is everything that comes after: who is actually doing it, what it needs, and whether it got done. Enactree starts at the moment a proposal is agreed. It turns the decision into work with someone's name on it and keeps a record of what was finished. Clubs, co-ops, community projects, congregations, building crews: any group that decides together and then has to follow through.
How it works
- Organizations and their groups. An organization holds working groups, each with its own members, documents and offices, such as treasurer or secretary, with terms.
- Proposals and votes. Members put ideas forward, discuss them and vote. An agreed proposal becomes a project.
- Boards with your own columns. Every milestone is a card. Moving a card to Done completes it, and moving it to Blocked asks what it's waiting on.
- Hands counted, resources pledged. Work that needs six people says so and shows who's coming. Tools, space and money are tracked with the commitment they belong to.
- Open or by request. Each group chooses whether anyone can join or each request needs approval.
